Organizations join the Committee to engage collectively in advancing the rights of older persons within international policy frameworks. Membership provides a platform for coordination, joint advocacy, and interaction with United Nations entities, Member States, and other stakeholders.

The Committee welcomes organizations with and without ECOSOC status, fostering inclusive participation and amplifying diverse perspectives within global discussions.

For students and emerging professionals interested in UN processes and ageing

This category supports the meaningful engagement of younger generations in international policy dialogue. Members gain exposure to the United Nations system, participate in intergenerational exchanges, and contribute to discussions on ageing, equality, and sustainable development.

It aims to strengthen capacity, awareness, and long-term engagement in rights-based approaches to ageing.
